Watch your mouth oh oh oh

Hello, interweb.

I don't have a hugely exciting day to talk about.

But I do have an incident to talk about. And yes, I'm gonna be a bit serious. So if you're not in the mood for that, I suppose you could just skip over this entry and wait for the next one to show up.

Everything I'm gonna talk about at the moment happened on one of those days. You know, when you wake up and you can't find the energy to physically pull yourself out of bed?

Yeah.

I had been sneezing a lot and was on Panadol Cold & Flu (which makes you SOOOOO sleepy, it's ridiculous). But I had to stay awake. I was going out.

Needless to say, I was irritable. My body felt like deadweight. My head was spinning slightly, and I wanted to crawl under a rock to die.

Still. None of this excuses what happened next.

I used my crappy mood to license my actions. I started getting unnecessarily mouthy with everyone. It was uncalled for, and I really should have kept myself in check.
I crossed the line more than a couple of times.
This is not something I am proud of.

Waking up the next day was worse.

I thought about everything that had gone down, and couldn't help but hate myself a little bit.

You can't take back words, and though I didn't say anything particularly spiteful, I wish I could've kept my mouth shut. I was just taking my frustration out on my friends.

All that comes out of this experience is me feeling like a bad person and other people being rightfully mad at me.

So next time round, I plan to keep my mouth shut.

It's not worth it.

[I was gonna sign off with the purple smiley face, like I do usually, but I somehow don't see that as being appropriate.]

Hope you're well.

P.S. I have, since, apologised. I don't feel any better about it.

Good evening. :)

I've had a good day. It was tiring, but then again, good days tend to be.

It's not that magical things happened, but nothing really went wrong.

I like days like this.

And now for the grand finale, I will sleep restfully.

Then tomorrow, I will wake up to go to the dentist.

yuck.

I'll tell you how that goes.

GOODNIGHT.

Let's try this again

Hello.

It's been a while. :)

--

As I've been gone for so long, I feel compelled to tell you that my second set of A level exams are over, and I'm currently on break. School commences on the 6th, so until then, I'm gonna enjoy myself.

Yesterday was the perfect example of the relaxing day I'd expect to follow the end of a stressful set of exams.

(Note: I had to get up early and stay up a bit to go through my Law notes. I know, but not everything can go EXACTLY as you want. BUT IT WAS STILL A GOOD DAY.)

I wont go into much detail, but I will say that Cheryl and I had good fun. Our day involved fast food, bubbles and a train of plastic animals.
Yes, I spent my yesterday living every child's dream.

Here are pictures:

Yeaaaaaahhhh.

Cuz that's how cool we are.

I spent my night reading An Abundance Of Katherines by John Green. It's a good book, and I HIGHLY recommend it. I do own the copy I'm reading at the moment, so if anyone is interested, I'd be willing to lend it to you.
BUT
You'd have to get in line behind the people who have already asked to borrow it and also have to be willing to let me hold something you value as hostage. Preferably an organ. This is all just to make sure I get it back. It's the type of book I just wanna read over and over.

That was my yesterday.

My today was pretty chill up till evening. Again, it started with the Law notes. (If you're wondering, I have a mock exam soon, and I don't feel like messing up. Plus, I've made the decision to actually study before it's urgentyoubetterstudynowordietime.)

'What happened in the evening?' you ask.

Hold your horses, I'm getting there. Sheesh.

Hee. :) I'm in a good mood.

Cheryl alerted my via Skype that the Children's Wish Society of Malaysia (check them out here) needed volunteers to help out with the preparation of the upcoming Durian Fest.

She drove by at around half past seven and we were off.

We spent the time in the car carrying completely random conversation, as we do, and listening to the Michael Jackson marathon on the radio. I miss him already.

Upon arriving at headquarters, we were briefed and set to work.
(I just made that sound a lot more official and rigid than it was. We were welcomed and served coffee as we filled out receipts.)

On the way home, we stopped for chocolate.

M&Ms baby.

It doesn't get much better than this.

Tonight, I plan to kick back and finish the book.

*sigh*

I love the holidays.

And after writing all of this, it occurs to me that I really miss blogging.
You'll be seeing me soon.

Goodnight.

:)

If only you knew

1) List 20 things that you want to say people, but never will
2) Don’t say who they are
3) Never discuss it again

--

1) I'm happy that I was the one you wanted to talk to.

2) I don't think you told me to help me. You wanted it to hurt. It did.

3) Your four worded text message made me smile like a goon for ten minutes.

4) Your words got to me more than you think.

5) Talking to you makes me happy.

6) I don't like the way you treat me.

7) I should have apologised earlier. I thank you for the privacy.

8) When you were talking, I wanted to punch you in the face. I should have. You deserved it.

9) You seem to have forgotten what I got you through.

10) Thank you for reciprocating.

11) Stop using me.

12) I don't hate you anymore. I don't hate you, because I've stopped caring.

13) You really shouldn't have said that.

14) Shower. Please.

15) I'm beginning to dislike spending time with you.

16) I'm sorry for not trying harder.

17) I don't need you.

18) Our friendship was merely one of convenience.

19) I don't regret what happened.

20) I want to save you. Please let me.

Yeah.

I have the worst case of writer's block in the world. I hope to force some nonsense out soon. :)

Goodnight.

Viva La Vida

1. Put your iTunes on shuffle.
2. For each question, press the next button to get your answer.
3. YOU MUST WRITE THAT SONG NAME DOWN NO MATTER HOW OUTRAGEOUS IT SOUNDS!

It has come to this.

Enjoy!

Gomenasai - Which is, I suppose, a nice way of saying "no"...

Charlie Darwin - IT'S NOT TRUEEEE! Jeez, I'm beginning to regret doing this...

Hallelujah - Is true.

WILL YOU EVER GET MARRIED?
So Small - are my chances. Apparently. iTunes hates me.

WHAT SCARES YOU THE MOST?
When Your Mind's Made Up - Oh yes. Decisions are terrifying!
[I have to say, that in the deeper sense, this does scare me.]

DOES ANYONE LIKE YOU?
Once Upon A December - *sniff*

IF YOU COULD GO BACK IN TIME, WHAT WOULD YOU CHANGE?
This Is Home - Hmm. Maybe.

WHAT HURTS RIGHT NOW?
Midnight Bottle - iTunes thinks it's my withdrawal from my nonexistant drinking problem...

WHAT WILL YOU POST THIS AS?
Viva La Vida - I have to give iTunes some credit for giving me a cool one.

So there. Something to pacify the masses. The masses of all two of you.

Are you guys even still reading?

:)
